My name is Chris Sargent (that's me in the video) and I'm the President of GPS Fleet Consulting. Prior to forming GPS Fleet Consulting I worked as Sales Director and VP of Sales for two well established GPS fleet tracking companies. Both companies offered a fine product but ultimately it occurred to me that I wasn't able to take a truly "consultative" approach with potential customers with only one product offering. I was often faced with the choice of either recommending a product that wasn't ideal or walking away from potential business. I ended up walking away from a lot of potential business. That didn't sit well with me so I decided to never be in that situation again.
